Among its 2,500 hectares of wilderness, the Domaine de Murtoli has enabled the revival of the valley's ancestral pastoral activity around a model of subsistence farming.
La Ferme de Murtoli combines extensive livestock farming, market gardening and traditional crops with respect for nature.
Production is based on the daily needs of the Domaine's restaurants, to give the best and most natural produce from a terroir in full revival.
Aiming for the energy transition
Endowment Fund for the Environment launched
On the initiative of Santa, Quentin, Toussaint and Paul Canarelli, the four children of founder Paul Canarelli, Domaine de Murtoli has recently initiated an endowment fund to support actions and missions of general interest in favor of biodiversity and the environment in Corsica.
The goal of this endowment fund is to support and enhance the projects of associations, organizations or simply local residents who share the same environmental values as the Domaine de Murtoli.
